Feed Gas Compressor & Mixed Refrigerant Compressor
The centrifugal compressor produced by Dresser-Rand is selected, which has high efficiency, compact structure, high reliability and high degree of automation. Advanced aerodynamic structure and increased shaft diameter enable the compressor to adapt to larger gas flow and compression ratio.

Mixed Refrigerant Compressor Gearbox
The gearbox is designed and manufactured by Voith, which is more safe, stable, economic but with excellent performance.
1. High reliability, long service life with 99.97% reliability and average 20 years MTBF.
2. High efficiency. The speed regulating planetary gear adopts the principle of power split. 80% of the shaft power is transmitted rigidly through the secondary gear, and the efficiency can reach 99%. 20% of the shaft power is superposed through hydraulic speed regulation, and the comprehensive efficiency is above 93%;
3. Long maintenance cycle. The overhaul period of the gearbox is 8 years with more than 70000 effective running hours.
4. Simple and lean structure, with very small foot space.

Boil-off Gas Compressor
The boil-off gas compressor provided by Kobe is a kind of reciprocating compressor with high performance and reliable operations, and the key components (piston, shaft, valve and padding chamber) have self-lubricating function to reduce abrasion with integrate sealing.

Main Cryogenic Heat Exchanger (MCHE)
The main cryogenic heat exchanger (MCHE) is used as the main liquefaction unit for the two trains. It is designed and manufactured by Air Products, which is an international famous natural gas liquefaction cryogenic heat exchanger with more than 70 years history. MCHE is the core of the refrigeration section and the most important heat exchanger for LNG liquefaction. It is composed of three bundles to cool and liquefy the natural gas by – 162 ℃, with a total heat exchange area of 32,000m2 and the unit is about 60m high. The driven motor is provided by Dresser-Rand.

Air Compressor
The air compressor is provided by Ingersoll Rand with high efficiency, good performance, energy saving, easy maintenance and reliable operations, it is equipped with remote management function.

LNG Tank
The LNG tank is designed and manufactured by Whessoe. It is a full containment concrete roof tank. The inner tank is made of 9% nickel steel, the outer tank is made of 1-meter thick high-strength C50 reinforced concrete, and the middle tank is filled with expanded perlite for cold insulation. The tank foundation is reinforced by the pile foundation and fixed anchor buried deep underground to ensure that it remains stable and intact in the event of extreme natural disasters.

Truck Loading Station
The cryogenic submersible LNG pump is provided by Ebara to transfer LNG from the tank to the truck. The truck loading station is equipped with 16 loading arms for truck loading and each truck only takes 50 minutes for loading. It is capable to load 360-380 trucks within 24 hours.

Power Supply System
As an extremely important power unit in the plant, the general design of the power supply system is undertaken by Technip. The electrical equipment equipped with the power supply system is a collection of well-known brands, such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Nari. The power supply system can be operated and protected by computer. 110kV duel power supply and 10kV safety power supply are used in the plant to ensure the stability and reliability of the power supply system and reduce the failure of system cables.

DCS, SIS and GDS systems
The distributed control system (DCS), safety instrument system (SIS) and gas detector system (GDS) adopted DeltaV system from Emerson, which is more reliable, open, flexible and easy to maintain. Its controllers and cards are all equipped with G3 anti-corrosion certification. The system is equipped with high reliability components, fault self-diagnosis, hot plugging and redundant fault tolerance, which enable the system to get SIL3 required by the petrochemical industry. The data can be easily transferred between each system through the server to play the maximum roles of each system.

Fire Control System
The fire control system is provided by MiniMax with remote control of 274 smoke detectors, 93 flame detectors, 76 manual alarms, 4 sets of foam fire extinguishing systems, 3 sets of dry hydrant systems, 2 sets of dry powder fire extinguishing systems, 3 sets of fire pumps, and 3 sets of smoke exhaust fans in the plant. The related fire facility will be started when the system detected the fire incident to extinguish the fire in the alarm area.

PLC System
The loading control and hot oil system adopt S7-400/300 series PLC from Siemens, and the FG, MR and BOG compressors adopt Fanuc series PLC from General Electrical, realizing flexible application of the control function of small set of equipment in the facility.

SCADA System
The SCADA system is developed by Siemens, with the functions of real-time display, overrun alarm, event recording (SOE), remote control and adjustment, and automatic recording of operation reports for the operation data of electrical equipment with communication functions such as motors, transformers, etc., so as to accurately grasp the system status and quickly diagnose system faults. SCADA system is a powerful computer remote supervision and control and data acquisition system. It comprehensively uses computer and control technology, communication and network technology to complete the real-time data acquisition of various processes or equipment with decentralized measurement and control points, and conduct local and remote automatic control, and comprehensive real-time monitoring of the production process. It can provide necessary and complete data and technical means to safe production, dispatch, management, optimization and fault diagnosis.

AMS System
The AMS system is developed by Emerson, which can be used for full life cycle management and centralized management of instrument facility. With HART protocol communication, the real-time transmission of equipment data and alarm diagnosis can be used to reduce the loss of unplanned shut-down. It also provides online equipment diagnosis and equipment status information for easier instrument and valve maintenance.

System One
The fault diagnosis and monitoring system for large rotating equipment is developed by General Electric Bentley to record the vibration, displacement, temperature and other parameters of the FG&MR compressor in real time and formulate spectrum, axis trajectory and other trends, which is easy to detect and monitor the operating data and equipment status, and alert once there is fault to ensure the safe, reliable and stable operation of the compressor.

CMMS System
The computer maintenance management (CMMS) system is developed by Siveco, with the functions of equipment management, work order management, spare parts management, report management, etc., so that the maintenance management can be carried out in a scientific and orderly manner, and the maintenance management can be corrected and improved in a timely manner through statistical analysis.

DCS Remote Data Backup System
The remote intelligent data backup system is developed by Emerson, which can back up the production data and system data of DCS, SIS, GDS systems in real time, and can quickly recover when the control station fails to ensure data security.

Hazardous Chemical Risk Monitoring and Alerting System
The system is used 24-hour to do the online monitoring and real-time alerting for major hazardous sources in the plant area. The risk analysis and safety commitment announcement can be done and the daily monitoring and alerting reports can be generated to ensure the various risk prevention and control measures in place and risks under control.
