On the 23rd national production safety month, in order to urge enterprises to solidly carry out production safety work, on June 14th, Dong Ling, deputy director of the standing committee of the people’s congress of autonomous region, led a research team to visit Hanas LNG plant for conducting a survey on production safety work. Li Yaosong, chairman of the social construction committee of the people’s congress of autonomous region, Yang Mingli, member of the party committee and deputy director of the emergency management department of the autonomous region, Liu Wei, member of the standing committee of the people’s congress of autonomous region, and Zhang Wei, member of the party committee and deputy director of the emergency management bureau of Yinchuan city, accompanied the survey.
The research team went deep into the production line and conducted onsite inspections of the LNG storage tank area, refrigerant tank area, loading area, production device area, and central control room. The research team known about the development history of the plant, process trains, winter supply guarantee, production safety, and other situations. They focused on listening to and carefully inquired about the implementation of production safety responsibilities by the enterprise and its main responsible persons, the construction of production safety standardization, safety risk classification and control, the construction of a dual prevention mechanism for hazard investigation and treatment, safety management of major hazard installations, production safety investment, three-year action to tackle the root causes of production safety, intelligent safety risk management and control platform, special work permit and work process management system of “Industrial Internet + Safe Production of Dangerous Chemicals”, construction of personnel positioning system, safety education and training, emergency drills and other works progress.
The research team affirmed the achievements of the plant’s production safety and fire safety work, emphasized that production safety is related to the well-being of the people, the overall economic and social development, and the overall construction of socialist modernization. It is a red line, bottom line, and lifeline that must be firmly maintained; We must coordinate development and safety with a sense of responsibility that is always at ease, and make every effort to do a good job in all aspects, promoting high-quality development and high-level safety interaction.
