The supervision team investigated the company’s LNG storage tank, production plant area, safety culture corridor and central control room, and had a detailed understanding of the company’s LNG storage tank structure, production process, automatic control system, equipment and facilities, fire control system and other operation conditions. General Manager Ma Qixuan introduced the company’s development history, technological process, safety vision and concept, safety production organization and security, safety production management system, construction of safety production secondary standardization, the main responsibility of the enterprise’s safety production and the implementation of the safety production responsibility system of all staff to the supervision group in detail. Construction of special equipment safety management system, risk classification control and double prevention mechanism of hidden danger investigation and treatment, regular inspection and inspection of special equipment, operators on duty with certificates, emergency rescue plan and drill and other work implementation.
In the central control room, Vice Director Li Chunjiang and company employees discussed the development status of the domestic LNG equipment manufacturing industry and the industry ecology, the high quality and rapid development of special equipment facilities and the national measures on production safety management.
