In order to further study and implement the spirit of the 13th Party Congress of the Autonomous region, further promote the reform of the construction of industrial workers in Yinchuan, deepen the construction of the “five-in-one” skill and quality improvement project, focus on creating a high-quality composite team of team leaders with “fine production, good management and good operation”, and improve the professional level and professional quality of team leaders. To improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and help the high-quality development of Yinchuan’s economy, Yinchuan Federation of Trade Unions launched the management skills competition of industrial workers’ Team leaders in the city of “Add Color to the Industry”.
The competition lasted for eight months. A total of 1212 team leaders from more than 80 enterprises in 15 industries including new materials, new energy, equipment manufacturing and service industries participated in the competition. The competition focuses on the party building work of enterprises, site safety, quality management and other contents, highlighting the digital transformation knowledge and practical operation skills, through the online training answer, theoretical examination, field practical operation competition, work performance display and situational simulation defense examination, comprehensive evaluation of the team leader’s comprehensive management ability, focusing on the cultivation of high-quality composite team leaders.
On August 26th, the final competition was held in the lecture hall of Yinchuan Federation of Trade Unions. Four players from our company participated in the final and performed very well. Among them, Jie Yaonian and Chen Chen won the first prize, Zhao Guangwei won the second prize, and Zhao Xinlei won the excellence Award. Contestant Chen Chen was invited to share his study and work experience as an excellent team leader, showing Hanas Liquidators’ craftsman spirit of facing difficulties head on and striving for excellence.
In this skill competition, the report of the contestants of our company is rich and colorful and well-made. Starting from the subtle daily management of the team, it shows the judges and contestants the good spirit of Hanas Liquidators in their daily work and the standardized safety management of the company from different angles. Through this competition, the staff not only fully learned the theoretical knowledge and skills, but also applied them to the actual production operation and team management, and steadily improved their skill level in practice.
