The company won great achievements in the third National Team Leader Management Skills Competition

On December 11, 2022, the Third National Team Leader Management Skills Competition for High-tech Zones in New Economic and Development Zones, co-sponsored by the China Association of Development Zones and the Council of the National Trade Union Forum for New Zones and Development Zones, was concluded in Beijing. The competition, which was launched on July 12, attracted more than 13,000 team leaders from more than 1,000 enterprises across the country to participate in the competition, and 383 of the best players took part in the final after online competition, preliminary competition and semi-final competition. Seventeen contestants from Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone represented Ningxia in the final, among which four employees from Hanas LNG made it to the final.

The team leader management skills competition has gradually become a brand event with important influence in the country. In the preliminary stage, the company actively organized and mobilized the staff to participate in the competition, promoting training with competition, training for competition. During the five months, employees studied hard in their spare time, participated in online training, and answered questions on the platform. After fierce competition, four contestants of our company — Chen Chen, GUI Binghai, Nan Weitao and Zhao Yang — stood out and entered the final stage to compete with national competitors. The four contestants passed remote (online) training, written test, practical defense and other examinations. After intense competition, they finally achieved excellent results. Chen Chen won the first prize, GUI Binghai the second prize, Nan Weitao the third prize and Zhao Yang the Excellence Award.
