On August 22nd, Dang Cheng, deputy secretary of the party working committee and director of the management committee of Yinchuan economic and technological development zone; Lei Binghai, deputy director of the management committee; Yang Bin, director of the emergency management bureau; Chen Yan, leader of the fire rescue brigade, and a team of safety, fire protection, environmental protection experts conducted research and supervision on the safety production and energy supply work of Hanas LNG plant, accompanied by leaders such as Ma Fuqiang, the chairman of Hanas group.
Director Cheng Dang and his delegation visited the LNG storage tank, production unit area, and LNG loading station in our plant, and had a detailed understanding of the plant’s safety production, emergency rescue, and fire protection work implementation. The person in charge of the plant introduced the plant’s development history, process flow, equipment and facilities, safety vision and concept, secondary standardization construction of safety production, dual prevention mechanism construction of safety risk grading control also hidden danger investigation and governance, as well as production and operation work to director Cheng Dang. They also provided detailed reports on the learning and implementation about the spirit of the fourth plenary session about 13th party committee of the autonomous region and the eighth plenary session about 15th municipal party committee in Yinchuan, elaborated on a series of implementation measures formulated and implemented by the plant based on its own actual situation.
