Ningxia Hanas LNG Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hanas LNG Plant) was established in 2011, located at No. 56, Baohu West Road, Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 256 mu, with a total investment of 1.97 billion yuan and a design annual production capacity of 1 million tons. In December 2009, the construction was started by Technip in the way of EPCM general contracting, and was officially put into operation in July 2012.

The company consists of two identical process production trains and utilities and six main parts, including feed gas compression, purification, liquefaction, LNG storage, truck loading and utilities. Feed gas and mixed refrigerant compressors are manufactured by Dresser-Rand; The main low temperature heat exchanger (MCHE) is manufactured by Air Products and adopts the single mixed refrigerant (SMR) liquefaction process; 50000 m3 LNG storage tank is designed by Whessoe; The loading station owns 16 loading arms for truck loading.

Hanas LNG Purchasing and Marketing Center has a nationwide purchasing and marketing system.

Forming a gas source combination of “self-owned plant, inland factories, and coastal terminals” for diversified linkage procurement and sales. Through Hanas online trading platform, the network resources of the LNG industry chain are integrated to provide the high-quality LNG products and services to the customers in a timely manner. This mode of purchase and sales is like two giant palms, one radiating from coastal terminals to inland provinces; the other one extends southeastward from the million-ton LNG plant in the northwest inner land.

Procurement
There are two procurement channels: LNG from self-owned plant and LNG from coastal LNG terminals, inland LNG plants or LNG trading companies. We have established long-term and stable cooperation with many domestic LNG plants, LNG terminals and LNG suppliers, such as PetroChina and Sinopec, to ensure the stable supply of natural gas and LNG.
Sales
Based on the strong distribution capability of the Hanas Group, we have established good cooperation with major domestic LNG plants and terminals and developed a large number of key customers from 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China. We have established good cooperation with more than 800 industrial terminals, users of filling stations, city gas and other customers, and has expanded sales channels through cooperation with distributors and agents. The products are sold all over the country. The annual sales volume increased rapidly by 20%, and we are now the largest LNG trader in northwest China.

Coverage

The distribution network covers more than 20 provinces and regions in China, more than 100 upstream cooperative companies, more than 800 customers, and more than 1000 end customers, establishing multiple sales outlets nationwide.

Procurement and Sales Support

Relying on the Hanas LNG plant with an annual output of 1 million tons of LNG, and taking the coastal terminals (Putian, Fujian, Zhuhai, Guangdong) to be the main procurement support, we plan to build a more comprehensive product supply chain for 10 million tons of LNG procurement and sales.

Procurement and Sales Platform

Hanas online trading platform and the “Internet +” model provide online procurement and payment settlement business for all the customers. They can get the information like the LNG price, market dynamics, order information, upstream and downstream payment information or to complete order reconciliation and settlement through the system. The system integrates network resources of the LNG industry chain, which helps us to develop an intelligent LNG industry and provide efficient services for the customers.

Ningxia Hanas Green Energy Co., Ltd. was established in August 2015. The company is headquartered in Yinchuan, Ningxia. It has set up a number of branches and subsidiaries in various provinces and cities. The company is mainly engaged in the production and supply of natural gas, focusing on the development, operation and management of LNG terminal markets (industry, residential/commercial, power generation and transportation) nationwide, and mainly developing transportation and natural gas distributed energy projects.

Ningxia Hanas Logistics Co., Ltd., founded in 2011, is located at No. 56, Baohu West Road, Zone 2, High tech Development Zone, Yinchuan, Ningxia, covering an area of 35 mu (more than 23000 square meters), with more than 200 employees.

The company is a diversified modern logistics company integrating LNG transportation, cargo agency and information consulting. The company has 120 LNG transport trucks, equipped with heavy truck tractors produced by Volvo, the world’s leading commercial transport manufacturer, and LNG transport tankers manufactured by Chart. The standardized parking lot covers an area of more than 7000 square meters.
